I scored pretty well with VIP KIPPER when he won his debut for Ms. Ritvo, but I'm unwilling to back him in his first try against winners even though he is the only runner entered with any late kick. COUNTRY BY NATURE has legitimate speed and has the most back-class having broken his maiden for 32k at Hollywood by beating two next-out winners.

DIXIE HEART gets the addition of blinkers to help focus the filly who got off to a slow start in her debut. Could help. I like Robert Hale with first time 2yr olds, and the fact he gives KEEP ON PONCHING the bug boy doesn't hurt.

Race 3
JERRI LYNN's debut was very impressive, but she regressed in next and now looks to be a very short price on the drop down. I'm looking at SUNNY GAL and QUE CHERIE - both exit the same last race and although the latter was trounced soundly, I look for more improvement from her with the jockey switch making the difference.

There's nobody to go with WILD OZONE here. I'm not crazy about the connections, but the race sets up perfectly for him.
